As title suggest, this role doesn't currently set up certificate renewal - either a cronjob or systemd timer should be set up to attempt to any certs set to expire soon (tm), probably set to run once a day, though one a week on a random day per server (to reduce chance of accidentally hitting renewal cap from let's encrypt) would work as well.
